Bedtime stories where your daughter is the hero.
Tell us about her, pick tonight's lesson, and in two minutes you have an illustrated, read-aloud story with her as the lead and a princess from somewhere real in the world beside her.
Now in limited alpha with families in Sydney.
Jaipuria, inspired by Rajasthan
Chapter one
Once upon a time, in a kingdom of pink stone, there lived a girl called .
Type her name above, then write tonight's opening.
Three steps between dinner and lights out.
-
1Tell us about her
Her name, her age, the things she loves, and the lesson you want tonight: sharing, bravery, trying something new.
-
2Pick tonight's adventure
Choose a kingdom and a length: three, five or ten minutes. We write and illustrate the story while the teeth get brushed.
-
3Read, listen, sleep
Narrated with each word lighting up as it's read, or in your own recorded voice. Save it, print it, or let tonight's dragon come back tomorrow.
Five kingdoms. Five princesses who don't wait to be rescued.
Each kingdom is rooted in a real culture, with its own recurring friends, foods and festivals. Pick one tonight; she'll come back to it.

Asks too many questions. Every one of them turns out to matter.
Adaezeof Oyeni
Drawn from West Africa
Does not believe in waiting for help. Goes and gets it.
Sakikoof Hanayama
Drawn from Japan
Carries her own lantern. Makes strange plans that work.
Hinewaiof Aorangi
Drawn from Aotearoa
Reads the tide like a book. Rows out when the whales go quiet.
Astridof Nordhavn
Drawn from the Nordics
Keeps a wolf, a map, and a list of things she has never feared.
Heroines who act.
Nobody waits at a window. These princesses ask questions, make plans, get things wrong and try again. The lesson you pick tonight is something she does, not something she's told.
A world that remembers.
Last night's dragon friend can turn up tonight. Characters remember what she did, so the stories build into an ongoing world she grows up in.
Built for a four-year-old's bedtime, so we hold ourselves to it.

This book belongs to
We're inviting a small number of families at a time. Two honest sentences are more useful to us than a long form.
Thank you.
We read every request ourselves and reply within a few days. Check your inbox for a confirmation.
Things parents ask us.
What ages is it for?
Stories are written for ages three to eight. You set her age and the vocabulary, length and themes adjust. Younger children get shorter, gentler stories; older ones get real plots and bigger words.
Is it really written by AI?
Yes, with people in the loop. Our writers build every kingdom, character and story structure; the app assembles tonight's story from those pieces around your child. Nothing ships that a person hasn't reviewed in template form.
Which languages?
English (Australian) at launch. Hindi and Māori narration are the first two we want to add; tell us in your request if a language matters to you.
Can I print the stories?
Any saved story can be ordered as a hardcover book with her name on the cover, from A$29, shipped within Australia.
When will I get access?
We read every request ourselves and invite families in small groups so we can talk to each one. Expect a reply within a few days, and access within a few weeks of that.
What happens to my child's data?
Her name, age and interests are used to write her stories and nothing else. We don't sell data, we don't show ads, and one email to hello@princessrecipes.com deletes everything.
Can boys use it?
Of course. The lead character is whoever you tell us about. We started with girls because that's who was missing from the brave-hero shelf.
Sydney, October 2026
Dear parents,
I grew up on stories where the girl was the prize at the end. I wanted the girls in my family to grow up on stories where she's the one who goes, and comes back with the answer.
Princess Stories is small on purpose. We're a few families in Sydney testing it at real bedtimes, and I read every request that comes in. If this sounds like your house, I'd love to hear from you.
